“Shannon” joined Seegene USA in 2023 from Danaher Corporation where she spent more than 10 years in various roles including Senior Counsel of its Life Science and Diagnostic Platform, AGC of its Diagnostic Platform and VP of Intellectual Property at Beckman Coulter. Prior to Danaher, Shannon was a partner in a Chicago based law firm, practicing in the Life Science and Pharmaceutical sectors. At Seegene, she is responsible for ensuring that the legal department helps drive growth, innovation and compliance. Shannon holds a BS in chemistry from Houghton College, a PhD in Bio-Organic Chemistry from California Institute of Technology, and a JD from Georgetown Law Center.
