Ms. Terry Kim is the HR Director at Seegene USA, Inc., managing and overseeing talent strategy and operations with more than 16 years of experience in human resources. Prior to this role, Terry held the Head of HR position for AMOREPACIFIC US, Inc., as well as being an Associate Director of HR for HS Ad (an in-house advertising agency of LG Electronics). She has also served as a Human Resources consultant at Willis Towers Watson (formerly Towers Watson) where she provided consulting services regarding total reward strategies, compensation management, job analysis, organizational changes and other performance management programs. Having attained a B.A., a BBA and a MBA from Seoul National University, Terry also has experience in business consulting and finance early on in her career.
